Back to my favourite theme: Service in german companies
1. Thursday evening 20:00 - Ap wants to book a flight to Barcelona on Sunday
2. Ap goes to his usual online travel agent: Travel Overland (they're not getting a link!)
3. Ap enters his flight data like a good little online boy.
4. *Bing* JavaScript warning warning, danger danger: "You are attempting to book a flight, which is in less than 3 working days time!!", please use our telephone hotline.
5. OK, whatever (Are there working days in the Internet?? Does the Internet sleep???), Ap calls booking hotline.
6. A lovely lady answers and tells me "The booking telephone is available weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00", if you would like to book a flight, please use our Internet booking service...
AAAGGGHHH!
